ATHLETES
See what these athletes have to say about our chalk!
The WIDE BOYZ
WIDE BOYZ tested and approved. Have you heard of Century Crack or the Crucifix Project? Well, these guys have been putting up some of the hardest crack climbs in the world. This dynamic duo from the UK are some of the best crack climbers in the world and when Pete Whittaker and Tom Randall (AKA The Wide Boyz) work on projects in the United States they use our colored chalk. Here’s what Tom has to say about our chalk.
“Wallstreet Gold was an absolute savior on The Crucifix Project in Canyonlands. It meant that we can climb to our maximum on a project, yet stay completely within the park’s environmental guidelines. As adventure climbers, this is really important to us. One particular added benefit is that the consistency of the chalk seems to keep my hands way drier than normal chalk – now THAT, I can’t complain about!
Kait Parks
"Climbing Addicts chalk performs super well, even during the hotter months here in Canada, all while helping to preserve the appearance of the places we love to climb in!"
Steve “Crusher” Bartlett
Crusher has countless first ascents of some of the most dangerous and isolated desert towers know to man. A true pioneer and visionary. His book titled “Desert Towers – Fat Cat Summits and Kitty Litter Rock” is a must-have addition to every library.
Keiko Tanaka
"Living in Colorado we are lucky to be close to so much variety of rock, with Climbing Addicts chalk we can preserve the aesthetics of the rock and keep the adventure in climbing! The Wall Street Gold has been my go-to chalk in Eldorado Canyon, The South Platte, and Indian Creek. The Yosemite Grey is great in RMNP and Boulder Canyon as well as Yosemite."
